    Succo, reroof Garage, door installation

    If your looking for a dependable company Sapir Construction is the one! Our home needed stucco all around and our garage was a hot mess and by that I mean it was falling apart! It needed a new roof and the walls were tilted to the side. Sapir Construction came to the rescue!!! An appointment was quickly set up and the contractor Moris came and gave us an estimate. He was extremely helpful and was determined to fix our problem fast! Not to mention, his crew gave us many options of different brands and colors to choose from for the stucco. This really helped because we wanted the perfect color to fit our little brick house. He also put in new doors and customized our front door to look like a picture we saw on Pinterest. I highly recommend Sapir Construction they listened very closely to what we strongly wished for. We are very happy and we love our home's new look.

    Complete remodel

    I haired Sapir Construction to redo all my house that was including, complete kitchen, creating open space with adding beams, flooring, replacing windows , Master bathroom and an awesome fireplace work.
    My project manager was Moris, he came to the house every day and give updates and scheduling for the crew and job progress .
    I am very happy with the work and love my new remodeled home!!!

    Kitchen remodel

    Very timely and responsive company. They completed a complete remodel of our kitchen, including removal of load-bearing wall, in 8 weeks. All aspects of the project were fulfilled quickly and professionally, from flooring to cabinetry, plumbing and electrical work. Zaher and Alisa were especially appreciated for their availability, helpfulness and patience. Highly recommended!

    kitchen, living room, dining room remodel, plus electrical and plumbing

    Sapir Construction did a excellent job on our remodel. They listened to our needs, They were in constant communication throughout the entire process (9 weeks to be exact). It was pretty big job. They removed walls to make our entire kitchen/dining room/living room open concept. They replaced all the walls in this area (and ceiling) from plaster to drywall. They replaced all electrical, new floors, a most importantly, a brand new kitchen. They also replaced our plumbing clean out from the house to the street. Overall, they helped us to create a beautiful kitchen and living space, along with correcting our very old plumbing. If we wanted to make changes in the middle they were great at working with us. They were polite and always kept an attitude of excitement as we experienced this adventure. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and professionalism.

    Roof and Fascia Boards Replacement

    I hired Sapir Construction to replace my roof and fascia boards. I was very pleased with the cost, schedule, and honesty. There weren't any unpleasant surprises. Moris went above and beyond and made sure I was happy with the progress daily. My roof and fascia boards are beautiful and of high quality.

    Put in new Patio

    I am totally satisfied with my beautiful, new patio! I can’t believe the receiving of a neighborhood flier from Sapir Construction, could open-up doors to a wonderful experience:

    a. The Owner was very professional, with excellent communication skills, and an understanding of the project. His knowledge enabled me to make a great decision.

    b. The Project Manager was right on time and worked tirelessly to accomplish the job. He knew every piece of the equipment and when he had finished, it was like a work of art.

    c. The demo crew did a fantastic job of taking down the old patio and cleaning up the debris afterwards.

    d. Last, but not least, is the office manager who was there for me throughout the whole project to answer questions. She makes customers feel so important and appreciated!

    e. I highly recommend “Sapir Construction”.

    Mr. Sapir is a guardian angel when I first began my search for contractor I interviewed at least 10 to 15 people, Morris and mike really left a very good impression. They are very trustworthy very reliable and extremely responsible and I can't begin to express my gratitude thank you so much for giving me my beautiful house back.
    I definitely recommended them to all my friends and family.

    I cannot recommend Sapir Construction (specifically Mike and Sergio) enough! We encountered a terrible mold problem in our kitchen that left us needing to rebuild even the foundation. Mike was a dream to work with - he helped us wrestle insurance and provided us everything we needed along the way. On top of this he had a great vision for how we could turn this terrible situation into a positive. He suggested an amazing new layout for our kitchen we NEVER would have thought of. The benefits to his suggestions will 100% increase the value of our home when we sell. He smartly suggested to swap the fridge and oven placements which now easily allow for 3 entire people to fit in the kitchen (before we could barley fit 2!) He also has great connections with vendors in the valley who have great products, services, and prices.

    Because this was an insurance rebuild we had to undergo the estimation process with several contractors. We experienced a range of personalities and estimates. Sapir was by far the best. Do yourself a favor and pick them from the beginning! We will absolutely be having Mike and team out next summer to redo our bathrooms.
