  Awful. Did a shoddy job and then disappeared off the face of the earth and never honored the warranty. The roof that he "replaced" started leaking within six months and has cost us a ton of money ever since. Now works as Forward Home Enhancements. Do not work with Sean Hein.

  I also had a bad experience but he owes my Mother who had stage 4 breast cancer over 1300 dollars we hired him back in 11/14 took him over a month to come out and then only installed a temporariry fix that wasnt even done right> I would go into the horror story of all the details but is pointless now, As the one thing that put a smile on my mothers face before she passed away 5/24/15 was seeing Sean Hein being arrested on the news a month earlier for the shaler first commonwealth bank robbery even though we will never get our money back even though we have a lien against saraco roofing.Here is the news link, http://www.wpxi.com/news/news/local/police-fbi-make-arrest-shaler-twp-bank-robbery/nk3Lz/ after this I would have to say the good ratings are a fluke he is obviously a crook.

  Continues to refuse my refund

  Its now been almost 2 1/2 months and Sean has still not refunded my deposit. In fact, he's even taken it a step further. After I wrote my first review, he's threatened to take me to court for writing a negative review, even though everything I wrote is 100% truthful. He took a deposit, never started the job, and has not issued a refund. All I have done is ask for my money back, and he rants and raves, berates me, swears at me and threatens legal action. Its like dealing with a 5 year old. Truly one of the worst interactions I've ever had with a subcontractor, and I've been in the home building business 10+ years. Just stay away!

  Brian, I strongly disagree. Sean from SaraCo Roofing did my roof for me last year, and not only was he very polite, and professional. He does amazing work for a great price.he just finished our game room and it turned out better than we could have ever expected. we would recommend this company to anyone looking to get work done on there home. Sean and his guys are truly amazing at what they do. Feel free to email us for a reference anytime, we can provide pictures of his work.

  Dishonest and Unprofessional

  Sean came out and gave me an estimate for a small roof repair on February 4th, 2015. The total cost of the job was to be $600. I paid him a $300 deposit so he could purchase materials. The job was to begin on February 7th. He called me on February 6th to let me know the material wasn't coming in on time, and he would start in a few days. It's now March 9, and after a month of no progress on the roof, I finally requested my deposit back. When I requested the deposit, Sean began to yell and swear at me on the phone, telling me I was out of line for asking to be refunded. He eventually agreed to pay it back and told me he'd have it to me by March 6. When I tried to contact him on March 6, he didn't answer his phone. I reached out again on March 7, and again no answer. I finally got in touch with him on March 9, and he toldm me he couldn't pay me back. Now I'm forced to take the matter to small claims court. Do NOT use this company. Learn from my mistake. They are dishonest and unprofessional and I'll be filing a formal complaint with the Department of Labor and Industry.

  Sean, the owner of SaraCo came out to my house to give us an estimate on having our roof replaced. Sean was/is extremely polite and professional, not to mention his price was $3,500 less than the lowest bid I had. The job was started and finished when he said, and the roof looked better than I expected! I would recommend SaraCo to anyone looking to have any kind of work on there house! They do the best work for a price that has no competition! They do charge for estimates, but if you choose to hire them, the cost of the estimate is deducted from the final payment. If your serious about getting work done, cost of an estimate should not Matter.
