    stucco the back wall of my house
    $9,000

    I had a problem with my gutter that caused water damage to my back wall. Sardar was always on time and promptly sent me estimates, and a detailed description of what needed to be done. He was able to point out items I needed to address to avoid other water problems. He stuccoed my back wall, he added an extension for the gutter spout, he stuccoed brick chimneys, the roof was waterproofed and all the flashing was also repaired. These were things I usually did yearly, but I no longer live in the area and my daughter and son-in-law are not as handy as I am. I was worried about this job being done well, but I am so very pleased with the results. The workers who came to my home were prompt, cleaned up after their work, and were very well qualified. I did get several bids for the job, but the price Muhammad quoted was more than fair and beat the competition. I am so glad this turned out so well. I love the job and I am so thankful that I need not look at the New York weather forecast with dread fearing any rain. Also, I would like to mention, that one of the quotes I got wanted to pull a ladder up the front of my building and then lower it to the backyard. How crazy is that? Muhammad came in with scaffolding as this job required, they went in through the basement and did the job the correct way. I love the work and I have to do additional work inside that was also caused by the water seeping in from my back wall into the top two floors. I plan to have them back. I am glad I have found craftspeople who have skills. Thank you for a job well done. Patricia Boatner

    NOTHING

    Sardar Restoration came to my house started drilling out the concrete on my garden wall while I was at work and replacing half of it with horrible concrete. THEY WERE AT THE WRONG HOUSE. I DID NOT HIRE THEM. THEY BLEW OUT THE ELECTRICITY IN MY HOUSE WHICH ALSO DAMAGED MY OVEN. THEY WILL NOT fix the damage that they have done!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Muhammad and his foreman Louis were very professional and a pleasure doing business with. He was able to work within my budget and schedule and keep me updated on progress throughout the renovation. They are fair, diligent, resourceful, do high quality work, and left the place sparkling clean. I would highly recommend for any exterior or interior residential renovation work.
