    House remodelling

    Our experience of working with Jack Thompson has been very bad. He did a very bad job while remodeling our house: there were numerous issues with the countertops that he refused to fix, the floorboards have huge gaps between them in some areas and are swelling up in others, the siding is falling off of the house outside and some door locks do not work. There are several more very important things which were done without asking our permission and he demand pay us to redo it our way, so we still have to fix some damage. Of all our requests for redoing his job he told us:
    “This is how it is done in my house”
    Or
    “I think this way will be better for you”.
    Or
    “Only you can notice this problems, no one will notice that, all my customers are happy with me”, even we found some complains about him on Internet, people warning against working with him.
    And now he has disappeared and does not answer any of our phone calls. We do not know what will break next. We’re trying to find him to ask him to fulfill his obligations to us, which we have written copies of.
