Satolli Construction

Satolli Construction did shoddy, subpar work and I was scammed. I paid for 6” gutters but Contractor installed 5”” instead. I learned this when I had to hire another contractor to fix the incorrectly done installation and alignment as well as for installation of drip edge. Water was overflowing from front of gutters that they installed. Contractor John Satolli took check for $950.00 to replace 2 screen doors and never did. Wish I had checked online reviews of John Satolli and learning of his dishonesty. My deck was not done up to CODE. Contractor John Satolli never obtained deck permit, never called 811 before digging near my buried electrical cables. 4”x4” posts instead of 6”x6” (per code and what I paid for) were installed. Holes for deck posts were only dug 15” instead of required 36” per code and also improper footers were used. Incorrect flashing was used and ledger was not protected from rain and snow. They cut my siding without authorization and left holes in my wall that I could see sunlight streaming into my basement. I had to use garbage bags to cover these to prevent water and insects from getting inside. Contractor requested increase monies via text and not mutually agreed and signed (contract and HICPA violation). Contractor John Satolli requested and was paid extra monies for deck boards and gave false information about the costs. It was later found out that it was almost 3x/s actual amount. Sidewalk was not finished properly. Curb and lawn was left damaged and not corrected. I have a fenced backyard with chained and padlocked gate, yet Contractor John Satolli entered my premises while I was not at home without my consent, knowledge, or permission. I have since installed security cameras. I wished I never hired Satolli Construction. In my opinion, you should think twice before spending your hard earned money hiring this company
