    Very happy with our home. Did an amazing job. Had Kilcrease come back and do our carport and screen enclosure. Great decision we made.

    DO NOT HIRE Kilcrease Construction. Signed a contract for $38,000. Kilcrease was 15-inches off on the concrete pour and he forgot to call "811" his crew hit the electric cable line. Filed complaints with Florida State DBPR, the Attorney General's office and Sumter County building department. Called my lawyer and settled with Kilcrease's insurance company. Have photos, videos and emails to support my Kilcrease nightmare. Senior citizens beware!

    Enclosed walled patio

    - [ ] I signed a $15,000.00 contract for an enclosed courtyard with Chuck Kilcrease who immediately subcontracted it to a young man. So many, issues but the major one was the paver foundation was not prepared or graded properly so when it rained the water did not flow to the center drain they installed, it flooded my home entrance way. After 6 months of pleading to resolve the issue I threatened to file a complaint with the State, as suggested by the Sumter building department. Chuck sent a young family member worker, he dug up the dirt, installed the drain and swept the excess dirt back into the new drain (when no one was looking-plugging it up) and then put the drain caps back on-unbelievable, I believe in spite. I’ll hire another company to fix the other issues. Chuck will take your money, not return calls and never question the quality of work his careless workers do...oh, don’t question him... rinsing out a cement wheel barrel on your lawn, “is called construction”. Have photos, videos and emails to support my Kilcrease nightmare. Elderly folks beware!

    I am very satisfied with the work Sauer and Sons Construction Inc. completed. Had I been more in the know, I would have made a few different choices as to where I had my door exiting the lanai or investigated the window company farther. However it is finished and the work was was very satisfactory.
