    Clean pool
    $100

    Save a Buc is more like “Steal a Buc”. They came to my residence and collected payment for the month and promised to come every week. The owner Eric Johnson 813-384-7665 never came back and would not answer my phone calls. He has a voicemail set up to say text if you need a callback. We texted and he never responded. We texted from my daughter’s phone and he called back and told us he was coming the next day. Never showed up and stopped responding all together. He stole our money and is not an honest businessman. I do not recommend this company

    Sav-A-Buc Pools are great! My experience has been awesome! I find Mr. Eric Johnson to be honest, punctual and always very professional. He has maintained my pool for over 20 years, and I have had no problem. The service has been outstanding! I highly recommend Sav-A-Buc Pools!!

    Never use this thief. Hired for weekly service, and the pool was hardly ever clear. Paid him over $500 to replace the pump motor, and he stole the money without ever replacing it(even though he said he did, but would not give us the warranty info). I am now personally changing my motor because I cannot trust anyone as slimy as this.

    I started my service with Sav-a-Buc in 2009 after I moved into a rental house in Tampa, FL and they seemed to have a very good price. After 1 years I decided that moving closer to work was going to save me a lot of time commuting so I decided not to renew my lease and would move out at the end of my current lease. I tried to contact Sav-a-Buc several times via their phone number but would just get forwarded to their voicemail. I ended up leaving them a message about two weeks prior to my current month would end and told them very specifically that I wanted to cancel my service due to the fact that I was moving out. They never returned my 2 voicemail messages (and this is the only way they had ever communicated with me) and I just assumed that they received the message. About 3 weeks after I move out I have a message on my cell phone telling me that I owe Sav-a-Buc for an additional month and that the regular check they normally received did not arrive. Apparently they never got the message (likely story) and now they want me to pay for an extra month. The owner has been a complete jerk about it and sent it to collections. Mind you, I paid early and in full for the whole year and then to pull this crap over $70. Totally unprofessional. I guess you get what you pay for.
