Very Very unprofessional. They actually said to us, "the more you call-the more I don't want to call you back." Maybe if they would have answered the phone the first time or called us back the first time, we wouldn't have to call 5 more times to get a hold of the owner. Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!! How do you stay in business? After all this, can you believe they billed us for work that hasn't even been finished? Wow
