My husband and I purchased a Savvy Home back in December of 2014, and we have some on-going concerns that are yet to be addressed. During the 1st year of our warranty agreement, we made several warranty request about the upstairs flooring system, and workers/contractors were sent 6 or 7 times, yet the areas of the floors are still sinking, sloping, and have detached sub-floors. Our first request was made in January of 2015, less than two months after being in the house. Our last request was made in October of 2015, as part of our 10 month punch list. There were things on the punch list that were addressed, but when the framer came out to check our house at the beginning of December of 2015, he informed my husband that the floors need to be screwed down instead of nailed down, and that he'd have to come back another day. They never came back, and our issues are to be addressed.
