If I could leave a no-star review I would! I signed a contract and made a $15,000 deposit in July 2018 and then over the next 4 months had to leave repeated messages and emails with no reply, finally I was told that we were looking another 5 months blaming the township on zoning approval. I immediately requested my deposit back and in 1 day was able to obtain Zoning approval on my own! Still ignored; 2 weeks later I had to get my attorney involved and still, no reply. I have been hearing similar horror stories from others around Ocean Grove. Tomorrow I also file complaints with BBB and consumer affairs and leave reviews on every social media site possible so there is no chance this company does this to anyone else!
