    $800,000

    DO NOT USE!! Our dream home build destroyed by Paul/Sawhorse, resulting in failed inspections, a lien on our home for unpaid materials that we paid him for, and ultimately the need for an attorney many months after we terminated him mid-project and went with another builder. Let us save you the lost money, time, and unbelievable stress - go with anybody but Paul/Sawhorse.

    We hired Sawhorse Design and Build to do a complete remodel of a 4,000 sq ft 1960's home. We couldn't be happier with the results.
    Mitch and his crew did a down to the studs renovation, new wiring, plumbing, insulation, flooring, windows,kitchens, and baths. They transformed our dark and dated home into a bright and open Mid-Century masterpiece! We appreciated how Mitch provided clear and concise communication throughout the project and how his crew maintained a clean and orderly job site. Mitch spends all the time necessary with his clients to pick all the right tile, appliances,lighting,and custom finishes,etc . Mitch and Rob have an amazing talent to design and layout a floor plan that is functional and aesthetically pleasing. Mitch completed the project on budget and on time.We would highly recommend Sawhorse Design and Build to anyone considering renovating their home. Here are before and after videos.
