On time able to describe problem well and associated problems the issue may be causing. Looks for the root cause not just the temporary fix that would cause problem to return. Will do the temporary fix to give time to plan the bigger fix as needed. Doesn't mind if you as to look at another issue when they arrive. Professional, doesn't just blame homeowner even if they may have caused the issue.

Post a thorough evaluation of work to be done, Sawyer plumbing provided a detailed written quote good for 90 days that included labor and parts needed for
the job. Mr. Sawyer arrived on time and corrected each issue. He also fabricated on site the solution to a non plumbing but related issue which left an esthetic and functional solution. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the working areas were cleaned up post job completion. I highly recommend Sawyer Plumbing of Coatesville -

Wendell Sawyer is a superb plumber. I spent 25 years as a renovation contractor and have seen a lot of plumbers come and go. However, I am most impressed by Wendell. I own four properties and he has replaced hot water heaters, installed water pumps, renovated bathrooms, serviced heating systems, installed a wood furnace, and has repaired a myriad of smaller plumbing problems. He is a natural born mechanic, with a razor-sharp analytical mind and a winning personality. I highly recommend him.

Was wonderful!! Fixed my fireplace and plumbing in my bathroom, both on same day!! Very good and will use again. Posted his card on my fridge! He is a credit to his profession!!!!
