It took a month from when we called with an issue to when the issue was corrected. The work that was done caused another issue. No responsibility was taken for the issue they caused. I was charged an excessive amount for work they didn't do related to the follow-up issue. When I questioned the charges, I was threatened. Extremely unprofessional.
