We decided to choose Saylors Masonry because they could start on our project within a few days which they did. Their prices were no different than any other bids I had gotten. Worst decision ever. We should have waited the weeks for someone else who knew what they were doing. This person who said he was in the business for 40 years knew absolutely nothing about a patio pour. We had high areas where the brush was too thick I can see brushstrokes that was so high you could cut your feet on them uneven forms it wasn’t square concrete poured out onto our neighbors yard it is a horrible horrible looking job, pits and valleys on two of the slabs and the sidewalk you cannot even walk on it will cut your feet. Michael came back and told us he was embarrassed for it and that he would fix it. he tried with a hand scraper to get some of the pits off. Then we don’t hear anything. He did come back a week later and try to smooth out part of the sidewalk and a little bit of the side patio,he took it down to the rocks and now the rocks are exposed he then disappeared and we haven’t heard from him since. We tried calling and have text him telling him we would like at least some of our money back because we will have to hire someone else to fix this job. No response. We will be seeking legal action
