The worst experience ever! We had two bathrooms renovated by Mr. Russel Sohn. I think all the positive reviews online must be fake written by an employee of his because our bathrooms were done in such poor construction. Of many issues, few to mention are the tiles were not lined up evenly, he used flat paint in both bathrooms, he attached a shoe molding in one of the ceiling corners, and the worst of all, he installed shower glass doors that didn't fit the shower frame and tried to patch up the gap with clear sealant and than a white sealant on top of it thinking it would cover up the mistake. He has no common sense and now we have to redo our bathrooms. Please be aware.

On May 26th, 2022, we signed a contract with SB Renovation LLC (Russel Sohn business owner) to complete our bathroom renovation within two weeks. Work started May 27th, and then it halted with different excuses. Work restarted on July 11th for a week for a few hours daily. On July 19th, Mr. Russel Sohn terminated our contract via text message. He never showed up to talk to us, and when we wanted to talk to him, he just had excuses (meeting, school, illness). If you want to hire someone full of promises, start the job but won't show up for weeks, does a botched job, and damages your property, you found your guy. Mr. Russel Sohn will do all that for you! His reasoning was the best — "because there was issues with workers dont want to work there" — these are his own words.
