    Beware od Contractor

    Our biggest mistake was hiring Brent Sepulveda to build our Newport Beach house. He was very difficult to work with, went back on his word, did not stick to the contract, did not stick to the plans, stalled the project, dishonest, not helpful, poor quality, and demeaning behavior towards sub-contractors and owners. We couldn’t reach him to finish the job and finally received an email that he went on a long vacation. We have hired an attorney and are filing a complaint with the State Contractor Board – don’t see how he can be licensed much longer.
