PAUL IS EXTREMELY RUDE. HE DOES NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS OR MESSAGES. WE HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT ISSUE AFTER ISSUE WITH OUR BRAND NEW HOME SINCE WE BOUGHT IT LESS THAN 4 YEARS AGO! HE USES THE WORST SUB CONTRACTORS AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND EITHER. PAUL IS A JOKE IN OUR NEIGHBOORHOOD BECAUSE ALL OF THE SCALLON HOMES HAVE THE SAME ISSUES AND HE REFUSES TO FIX ANYTHING! DONT BUY FROM HIM, YOU WILL REGRET IT. WORST DESICION WE HAVE MADE THUS FAR.
