Scavello restoration did a great job assessing the underlying causes of our wet basement. Tom was quick to respond and was very practical in his recommendations. A contractor could have easily sold us on massive repairs, but he very honestly told us that he thought we could avoid costly repairs by digging a trench on our own outside. He said we could use a better sump pump (ours was very old, but worked), because the one we had wouldn't last much longer, but left it up to us to decided when we wanted to put a new in. We very much appreciated his candor and honesty. He didn't gauge us with prices and didn't try to sell us on unnecessary services like other contractors did. We will definitely call them again for any future issues.
