Hired SCB to do siding and replace windows. Windows incorrect size, not put in correctly, left spaces between window and sashes. Gorged my walls while taking out windows, siding coming off. Have not seen him since November, 2017. Filed a complaint against him with the State of RI Licensing Board. Has been reviewed and they agree, work was shabby and not done right. Steven Belanger did not know what he was doing.
