This contractor pays attention to the little things, especially doing prep for painting, and honors the estimates he gives. During power washing prior to painting our home, it was discovered that one entire wall needed to be re-floated due to flaws in the original stucco work. This work was done without an increase in the original estimated price for the job. The final result was (and still is) a beautiful home painted with the CoolWall system. My neighbor has been a house painter for most of his adult life and commented that the prep work was well done since a few years later, there are no cracks or flaws. This work cost a little more that other estimates we received, but the high quality of the work and the integrity of the contractor were well worth the price.

Our experience with them was disappointing.
The work was very good in some areas, and glaringly poor in others. When we pointed out the work that was not completed in a workmanlike manner, the foreman argued and would not re-do the work He was quite rude. The business owner (Larry) had to be called out. He fired the foreman and had the work re-done. It was still wrong. We had to ask a second contractor to come out and tell the business owner what was being done wrong. SCCCI agreed with the second contractor, and re-did the work, with a cranky, resentful attitude.
The following year when we decided to remodel the kitchen and master bathroom, overhead lighting was part of the scope of work. Hector Camarena and his electrician went into the attic as part of the work. While they were up there, they noticed something wrong. Hector asked me if we had any work done on the front patio, specifically if we had a beam replaced. We told him that SCCCI had replaced a rotting beam and plywood as part the scope of work the previous year. Apparently, the new beam was the only one not secured correctly to the house. It was just sitting there unsecured. Hector had his employees correct that at no extra cost to us. It was a bit tricky since SCCCI also cut the beam short.
I am unable to recommend SCCCI to anyone.
