Bill and his company are a complete scam. He takes your money and does not deliver. He is an excellent sales guy but a liar when it comes down to getting the work done. He doesn’t pay his subcontractors and so they consequently stop showing up. He blames everyone else and never takes responsibility for his poor work and lack of follow through. Most recently, he has attempted to file bankruptcy leaving dozens of jobs unfinished. This is the second company he has filed bankruptcy with. Stay away!!!
