I am a full service General Contractor and developer. From new construction, remodels, additions, roofing, flooring, to locating and developing real estate. My first company was Schadler Roofing Inc in 1989. My first spec house for the vacation market was in 1991. My first commercial project was in 1995 It was a County Farm building. I have since completed over 100 million in four states. My favorite project was a 400 bed luxury student housing develoment I was the developers representitive and or site super next door to the University of Louisville.
