AWFUL! They installed two HVAC units and a tankless hot water heater in my home. The one HVAC system has been nothing but problems since it was installed and their techs misdiagnosed the problem SEVERAL times then wants me to pay for service calls... The tankless hot water heater they installed incorrectly, as per the manufacturer, and it broke twice and flooded my house. The manufacturer refused to cover the repairs the second time as it was installed in a place it’s not approved for and we were without water in our house for almost a month. A reputable local company had to come in and relocate then repair the unit. Schagrin has yet to pay one penny towards all of this and it’s been 9 months now... STAY AWAY!!! I wouldn’t use this company if they were the last ones on earth!!!
