Called Jerry at Schauer Construction after our home insurance refused to cover our roof after some sheetrock was water damaged and fell from the ceiling. All other contractors are too busy with large projects and quotes were way too high for our budget and most could not get to it until spring. A friend pointed us towards Jerry and told us we would be very pleased with his work. Even with his busy schedule he contacted us and we had new shingles in two weeks, at a 20% savings. He removed all the debri and even replaced our old vent caps. He even cleaned our gutters!! Jerry and his crew were very pleasant and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend Schauer Construction.
