By Chuck P.August 29, 2014New Air Conditioning System$$60004 daysBuyer Beware
Rip Off!! He's cheap...and his work is terrible! Be warned...under no circumstances should you ever use this guy for anything!
He ripped me off for over $5,000 on an air conditioning system that I'm now paying an additional $1000 to have made right! Out of code....installed improperly....waste of money!!
He left my attic full of trash. The system leaked, causing damage to my ceiling. He refused to pay to get it repaired. The gas line was installed improperly. There were missing parts, causing my system to be inefficient.
This guy has to be the absolute worse A/C guy in town!!

John has helped me and my clients save money for over 20 years! On one a few years, the buyer's home inspection revealed that the heating system would not engage. The buyer then had their professional that said the parts needed were not available and that the unit would need to be replaced. We had John go out, and for less than $100 including the part, had the unit operational to everyone's satisfaction. We work with John on both our new installs and on maintenance. When I did have a problem a few months after an install last year, they came out and corrected it, no charge.
