David Schmell, working as a subcontractor for Laslo, just finished the remodeling of our master bathroom, which was gutted and totally replaced down to the floorboards. Included in the work were structural changes to our home, plumbing, electrical, tile work, carpentry and painting, Their work was precise, meticulous, and professional and the finished work exceeded our expectations for quality. A big hand for Josh as well.

David Schmell Contracting just finished our master bath renovation today. Dave and his top notch team(Kevin and Matt) did meticulous, expert, professional work. Included in the reno was removing a hardly used tub and giving us a fabulous shower with a bench. It involved moving a wall and plumbing. The guys did a beautiful job with the painting, too. We highly recommend Dave and would definitely use him again should we need any other work on our house.

We have used Schmell Contracting for years. Dave has installed a tile back splash in our kitchen. He did custom woodworking going up our front staircase. He has repaired our living room ceiling from a leak and you cannot tell that the ceiling was ever patched. Dave has also done quite a bit of painting, crown molding, chair rails for us. Currently he is working on a plan to enlarge our guest bath to make it handicap accessible. We highly recommend Dave. He has work for us over the past fifteen years.
