Larry has been hunting termites since the mid 1970s. As a colleague, I have been inspecting alongside Larry since the mid 1990s and have found that there are few with his knowledge and professionalism in the pest inspection field.

This inspector is FANTASTIC! I hired him as the home inspector I got the first thing he said is he doesn't check for termites. So two days later, here comes Larry and his inspection was more thorough than the first guy. The first guy did not mention these things Larry found: A post that does not match on the porch, a rotten support beam on the porch, the ins and outs to the crazy sump pump it's wiring and how to get it fixed, the plywood nailed up in the garage that should be sheet rock the first guy missed, also how extensively the chimney will need to be repaired. Pretty much I wasted my money on the first guy, but so glad I called for a termite inspection and Schork Inspection came out. I was wanting this inspection to make sure my home is repaired. Showed up on time, all business, friendly, and extremely helpful. Very cool.
