wchen we had our home built we went with Schuler Security as our Home security service. that was 18 years ago. I called them after several years to have them check all the equipment[ they came everything worked. Now i am moving and I am finding out that nothing is working any more, the smoke, the carbon dioxide detectors they haven't even gotten to the security system for the doors and windows but in all these years I have never received a call from them that they should check our system just for safety. So I would tell you that I have been told that ATT, and other security companies do regular checks just so this kind of thing doesn't happen. Half of there technicians don't know what they are doing when they do come out or at least it seems that way, there is alway one guy that knows what they are doing and a helper that doesn't. I had the same experience with the cameras they installed. They never worked I was constantly calling to get them reset on the program and I was charged plenty each time they came out for a product they sold me and should have given me no problems. If I were you I would check out another security company that takes a real interest in you as a customer.

I would not recommend Shuler Security. We had Shuler install our system and they did not deliver the system promised. The ring doorbell has never worked, the wifi did not have significant strength, and the Sonos only worked for 2 months. When you call to get service you have to deal with Diana the receptionist who is extremely rude . Joe the manager never called back to resolve issue. All Diana cared about was us paying the alarm fee when the system we paid for isn't working. Highly do not recommend. If you are looking for customer service you will not get it with Shuler.
