Tom was excellent at communicating and getting back to me to set up an appointment very quickly. He and Steve arrived right on time, did the work we asked to have done ( hard wire smoke detectors) , then made a few recommendations about things we hadn't thought about. They were professional and got the job done in no time. 2 days later I had a question about something and texted Tom- and he responded to me within minutes.We will certainly use Schumann Electric for our next job!
