Almost bought a house from this company, luckily I hired an independent inspector. He found plumbing problems in the kitchen and 3 of 4 bathrooms, a double tapped breaker, exposed seams in the vinyl roof top covering, that would lead to a roof leak down the road, crooked light fixtures and light switches, foundation discrepencies in the garage, and numerous other deficiencies. When I mentioned the work was shoddy, the builder stormed out of the house. The house and lot are beautiful but the craftsmanship is second rate.
