We have used Schwartz General Contractors for three jobs in the past. A flat roof, basement/crawl space work, and gutters. The work has been no less than STELLAR. The ESTIMATES for these jobs, while not the cheapest or most expensive, have been RIGHT ON, with NO COST OVERRUNS TO DATE, infact, one job came in UNDER the origional estimate!! Fred, has been an EXTREMELY HONEST contractor...hard to find these days and the members of his crew, are professional, extremely polite, and on time !! Our home was left very clean and neat when the job was done, there was no evidence that any work had been performed. We are currently under contract with Schwartz General Contractors for a fourth job...stay tuned. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys for any project you are considering.
