    We had our master bath remodeled in our 6th floor condo--not as easy as working in a single family home--and it turned out perfect! The communication with Mike and his team was always timely. The work was very well done with great attention to detail. The team was on time, came every day and were very tidy--I liked that! It was a good experience and I would highly recommend this company. Very friendly and easy to work with!

    "Quality, Integrity, Fair Pricing"
    This is what I look for in a contractor. If you are anything like me, spending a significant amount of money on a home project can be a difficult pill to swallow. But when you have to do so, you want to deal with a contractor that is honest and provides quality work. We were preparing our home for sale and found out that our exterior Sunroom had extensive wood rot. We met with Mike Schwed to discuss our project and immediately felt that we could trust him to be fair and honest about the work. His crew was very professional throughout the duration of the project. Unfortunately, there were more issues than originally identified and a change order had to be done. Mike felt terrible that he didn't identify the additional damage in the beginning because he doesn't like to surprise his clients with change orders (this says a lot about his character). As you all know, wood rot can appear in places that aren't easily accessible until you are unable to uncover them. That is what happened to us and it was completely okay. Mike kept us informed and communicated with us regularly. We even added additional work during the process by having his team re-roof our storage shed. Mike took the time to re-design the slope on the roof of the shed so that the water would no longer flow towards the sunroom causing additional wood rot. I am happy to say that our home is now under contract to be sold and our buyers favorite feature of the house is the sunroom that was recently remodeled. We would definitely recommend Schwed Remodeling and will use them anytime we need work done that requires a contractor in the future. Thank you Mike!

    An Outstanding Experience

    We hired Schwed Remodeling to remodel our master bathroom. It was a comprehensive job, and we are very pleased with the outcome. Michael Schwed is a joy to work with, and it was clear from the start and all the way through the two-plus week project that he always had out best interests at heart. He consistently went out of his way to make sure everything was done properly and to our satisfaction. In addition, the other Schwed Remodeling people that did work in our house were consistently high quality as well. The whole crew was professional, respectful, friendly, competent, and they always showed up on time. Michael was particularly mindful of completing the job within the time frame that we requested and did so.

    They also did some painting and lighting work, which were also top notch.

    I would definitely use them again for any future projects, and would recommend them highly to others.

    As a business owner it is always nice to get to work with the owner. You know they take pride in their work because it is after all their company. Mike did exactly that. He came out to bid the job, provided me with an estimate a few days later, and we scheduled the job. He was professional, patient, and knew what he was doing. I had some miscellaneous home repairs such as: install a new bathroom vent which required going up to the attic, a new base board heater, and some sheet rock and repair of my ceiling and garage walls. All turned out perfect. I would definitely recommend Schwed Remodeling! Thanks again for helping me cross these projects off my list :)!

    We had Micheal and his crew build out a 50sqft closet hidden in a crawl space in a 98 year old Craftsman Home in the Mt. Baker neighborhood. Micheal delivered exactly what he promised. The work was done in just over a week. Some special tweaks needed to be done and it came in on budget. I will refer him and use him again if needed.

    Michael did excellent work on a roof repair job and sink replacement. His bid was the final cost, which for me working with a contractor was a first! He was friendly, hardworking, and not satisfied until the job was done to his high standards.
    He has great communication and finished the job on time.

    I hired Schwed Remodeling for some repair work in an area of dry rot on my home. They were very knowledgeable and conscientious about the work completed. Micheal Schwed communicated very well as each phase of the project was started. They repaired areas on the outside of the home along with tile work on the inside. They showed up everyday and the project was completed to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Schwed remodeling.
