I first contacted Jim Scollon in mid July to replace a slab of cement in my sidewalk as was required by the borough. He quoted a price which was agreed upon, and assured me the work would be completed by the deadline mandated by the borough. Since then he has failed to respond to my calls to set up a date and time for . In 3 weeks I have called daily begging him to call me- not once has he responded. I fail to see how this is favorable to conducting business. I now have to hustle to find another contractor to complete the work before the looming deadline. I would definitely NOT recommend Scollon for any work.
