    Scope Restoration did a great job on my roof replacement and drywall repair. I worked with both Justin Mefford and Brian Bannon. They were both responsive to my many questions and explained the process in great detail. Even with my work being done over the holiday season, this did not hold up the process at all. The shingles were delivered in a timely manner, and the crew that did the roofing repair was phenomenal. They were on time, replaced my roof with quality service and products, and did a thorough clean up of my yard after the roof was replaced. The drywall repair was also a great experience. You cannot even see where the patch was completed! Justin came out multiple times and checked in throughout the process to ensure that I was happy with the result. I had a great experience, and will highly recommend Scope Restoration in the future!

    Excellent to interact with. My personal rep was Justin Mefford. He was always very responsive to my questions and concerns. He went out of his way to ensure that I was satisfied. He made sure that we were always in touch and that I knew the next steps. The product delivered (a new roof, new gutters and siding repair) were of excellent quality and Justin came out numerous times to inspect the work and also make sure I was happy with it. He also interacted with the insurance company and insurance adjuster on my behalf. Bottom line - I highly recommend - my experience was very positive.

    I can’t say good things about Scope Restoration, after a not so pleasant experience with another company a few years back I wasn’t looking forward to having to replace the roof on a rental property. However, that wasn’t the case this time; Justin Mefford set everything up for me, meet with the tenant, tarped the roof (without charging me), meet with the insurance appraiser, and had everything done in a timely matter. He even provided aerial photos to show me everything was done; not like the last time where I had to take the roofer’s word for it. Highly recommend contacting them and asking for Justin or calling him directly at 410-231-4335.

    We used Scope Restoration for my home and Justin Mefford made it very easy for us. Our insurance company did everything they could to delay our claim but we got what we’re were supposed to thanks to the efforts of Scope Restoration.

    Worst company ever. Definitely storm chasers. The guys knocked on the door even though it is clearly posted NO SOLICITING , NO ESTIMATES. I reluctantly agreed to let them look at the roof and they were very nice and professional. They told me if they wouldn’t be able to do it themselves, they would still explain to me how I could get it done by someone else. They said they would replace the roof and find ways to “offset” the deductible by finding “collateral”. At the time, I did not realize this was not a “normal” thing to do. Being disabled and unemployed due to COVID, it was a very enticing offer. That, however, was short lived. When they ran into a road block with the insurance company not blindly agreeing to replace more siding than what was needed - which they hope would be the “collateral” - they became unresponsive. They refused to do an ITEL report to determine the correct color for the siding even though the insurance company said they would pay for it. The insurance adjuster came out and did it himself and said we could order samples of the suggested color to make sure it matched. Again, scope refused to order the samples, even though I offered to pay for them. I even told them I would find a way to come up with the deductible if that was the issue. Still very unresponsive. But finally get an email that says, “ Good morning sorry for the late response we are in the middle of many other claims as we speaking. The adjuster needs to either buy the siding samples or pay us to buy them they are not free. Them approving that elevation of siding is the only way for us to be able to do that. If they are not willing to do that there is not much we can do. We cannot afford to just pay deductibles for people if there is not extra money to work with. It is unfortunate that your insurance company is unwilling to do the right thing but they have left us with few options.” They then stopped responding all together. The bottom line is, they are trying to make money by doing something that is completely unethical and even illegal in some states. If they can’t find the “collateral” they need to make enough extra money, they go from being professional and helpful to be short, unresponsive, unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend such a dishonest company. .....and before someone starts to place blame on me like they did on other negative posts, I would tread carefully as I still have all the emails and documentation to back up my side of things.

    I was referred to Scope by a friend who was very happy with their work. Justin Mefford arrived at my door snd proceeded to walk me through the ins and out of making a claim. I would have been lost without his assistance. He acted like a lifelong friend with cordial and professional responses while getting a crew lined up to meet my timeline. I also dealt with Brian in office and was extremely happy with every encounter. The Team arrived on the needed date and work was completed in a day. I was amazed at their teamwork and respect for my landscaping. They left my years in better shape that it was upon arrival (thanks for getting to the leaves remaining!). Could not be happier from start to finish!

    My experience with Scope was a very pleasant one. Project manager Justin Mefford was the one i dealt with through this entire process. Mr. Mefford is very polite, knowledgeable and dedicated! When a date was set the crew showed up pretty early in the morning, they protect your personal property by moving things out of the way and covering with tarps. They completed my roof from start to finish in 6hrs. I am very pleased with scope and will most definitely contact them for more work in the future if needed.

    After receiving 3 estimates to replace my roof Scope Restoration was referred to me by my Mother who had her siding repaired by them as well. Scope Restoration was not the cheapest out of the 4 but the value they added with the extended warranty couldn’t be beaten so I signed on the dotted line. Fast forward 3 weeks my roof was completed and I couldn’t be happier. I recommend you at least hear them out and if you can request the owner Brian to come out, he was great!

    Scope Restoration Inc cannot be trusted. The minimum rating is one star and the company deserves far less. I contracted with Scope Restoration Inc to have my roof replaced. The salesman promised everything and failed to produce. They subcontracted with a company in my area and never came back. The work was fast and the final product shows this, including the complete roof sections they did not replace. Look for another company as all contractors I have mentioned the name Scope Restoration to have defined them as “Storm Chasers.” Look for a reputable company that has been in business for 20+ years. My insurance company has advised they will no longer do business with Scope Restoration Inc and neither should you.

    Roof Replacement

    Scope Restoration Inc is a very unprofessional company. They hand-wrote warranty verbiage on my receipt (no standard language) and I've been waiting for over four months for a warranty certificate for the gutters they installed. Brian now purposefully avoids my communication at all costs, leading me to believe the company is a bit shady. Brian had no problem communicating with me when he looked for payment!!!!!!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants a trustworthy company!!!
