    Started the job on time and looks like they will finish ahead of schedule. Discussion of details went well. The crew is following the architectural drawings.
    Expectation is that they will continue to do a good job through to the end.

    Dormer expansion

    We recently had their service to expand 40"-wide dormer to 120-wide and renovate the interior layout correspondently. Hernan was very quick to provide a bid with reasonable price. The project was planned for 5 weeks and it went as planned as Hernan was very informative about the process outlook/schedule during the process. We had a few different crews for electricity, wall, floor, and roof/exterior. All of them were efficient and engaging in their work while maintaining neatness during the process. We're very satisfied with the results.

    Decks and Porches project

    Hernan was quick to respond to my bid request and was very accessible during the project. When we encountered problems, or when I felt the work wasn't as good as it could be, he and his crew worked to find solutions. That meant returning to the site several times until I was satisfied. Like most construction crews I've worked with, they thought they were done with the job when the work was "good enough." Unlike other construction crews, they were willing to come back time after time until I was satisfied with the work.

    Considered for Bathroom Remodeling

    Work pictures looks excellent. Appt was excellent. Job is too small for the submitted price. About 1-2 hours of work for almost $700. Will keep contractor in mind for future job. I will do a bathroom project in the future, with new floor, drain, walls, surround with glass, no aluminum in Master suite.
