I recommend to stay away. Our project was small office buildout in the industrial warehouse. The discussion was pretty clear. The mezzanine should open to below. The plans says OPEN TO BELOW, but we end up with unusable mezzanine space which is completely enclosed with walls. What is worse there are huge pipes coming from the floor and walls for A/C. Architect new it will be used as an office. There is a carpet on the floor, A/C, heating, electrical lights.. but huge pipes and no openings make the space unusable. We paid a lot of extra for architect oversea the job, but at the end they just did nothing and didn't even know the actual situation. Scott and Kevin tried to blame contractor and at the end stopped responding. I really cannot recommend them at all. Be very aware.
