Scott is the best. I had an issue with my HVAC and although he was booked up he helped me via FaceTime to solve my problem. He even met me in Leitchfield and gave me a couple of fuses that I had blown. He is the epitome of customer service.

He abides by his quotes, does beautiful ductwork, & if a problem arises, he and his assistant, Jeremy, promptly address & fix the issues. The new A/C unit, nor the Frigidaire propane furnace, were initially not coming on properly, and they figured out it was a thermostat issue. Works fine now! We had a complex installation due to the remote area, right confines, & to having to run propane lines to the furnace. Scott used ingenuity to install. Be aware: I thought Frigidaire was a USA product, but as with many companies, they outsourced to Mexico & the thermostat was made in China. Hopefully all will return manufacturing to the USA soon. Mr. Layman & Jeremy have great professionalism, at the same time very polite, nice folks. With the challenging cell telephone service in our area, Mr. Layman would text message even after normal work hours, to keep his customers up to date. I definitely Will refer them to my family & friends. ~Mrs. Gregory
