Scott Air was the original installer of my AC unit back in 2006. I've been with them ever since. Even had a new unit installed approximately three years ago. However, pertaining to service calls, the service has become less and less over the years. You're given a time span for a tech to show up and they simply don't make it and fail to call. After three separate occasions, I spoke to the owner, who offered only excuses. When I stated I would use a different vendor, he didn't seem to care.
