Awful experience. Scott Beck Construction needs to leave the Hospitality trade. Too many shortcuts, and poor scheduling. The Senior Developer, Scott Beck, claims to be a Master Plumber, but according to the Texas Plumbers License lookup, does not hold a license.
His Brother Chris Beck only holds a trademan, which is for Residential only. I have worked with probably hundreds of General Contractors, and this is the only poor experience I have had with a GC. The Maintenance team of the Hotel constantly has to repair their work, repair drainage (they remove concrete and fail to cover the drain, as they do not wish to pay Plumbers to do it.)
Just an overall cheap, horrible General Contracting company. Do yourself a favor and go with PWI, or any number of different companies. They are only trying to capitalize on the Beck Construction name, which is a well known company in the Metroplex. BEWARE!
