  As a PE (Professional Engineer) I have worked with numerous contractors over the last 40 years. I rate Scott as one of the most professional and experience contractors I have ever delt with. He is very knowledgeable, detail oriented, timely and focused. The project was achieved with a level of quality and care I have rarely seen. Scott is a no nonsense straight talking professional whose subject matter opinions need to be taken into account as he really does have his clients' best interests at heart. Old school and proud of it.

  Replace a steel staircase with concrete and a new door

  Scott Snyder did an excellent job and I would recommend him to all of my friends and family. We had a set of steel stairs replaced by a pre-cast concrete solution and we are very happy with the result. Excellent work, Scott.

  Egress window

  Scott installed a basement egress window for me last summer after my basement flooded from a bad egress window job done in a home I purchased a few years ago.   Basement Egrass System

  Mr Scott Snyder's work is impeccable! My house was built back in 1954 without an egrass door. Here it is now 2021, Scott installed the egrass door system onto my house. The door system appears as though it was always there. I prayed for a contractor with the spirit of excellence and God gave me Scott Snyder and it is true to the word of God.   Install precast concrete steps, Bilco door, and people door to create a walk-out basement capability

  It's been nearly 5 years since Scott installed a set of precast concrete steps, Bilco door, and a steel people door w/deadbolt to give us a walk-out capability from our basement. Absolutely ZERO issues have arisen with the project and we love being able to move things into and out of our basement without going through the interior of the house. Great job Scott!!!!!

  basement egress window

  Scott installed a basement egress window for us (definitely not something for homeowners to try on their own!). It was a complicated and labor-intensive process, so we are very glad we hired a pro. Basement egresses are all Scott does, and his expertise is worth every penny. He showed up with all his equipment, did an expert job with the excavation, used only quality materials, and left the property clean and undamaged. So glad we hired him! I would strongly recommend to anyone looking to have a basement egress (door or window).

  Bilco PermEntryway and inside basement door

  Scott did a super job installing our BILCO PermEntryway and inside basement door. in Annandale NJ He did all the excavating, foundation cutting, the inner doorway framing and finishing, concrete work and backfilling. He did an excellent job - neat, clean, dependable and professional. It is clear that Scott takes tremendous pride in his work, and the effort shows. And, he's a terrific guy too. I highly recommend him if you are considering a Bilco door or an egress window.
