Hi All,
I am a neighbor of Scott Robichaud and have had him do work on my house more than a few times. Most recently a new roof and front steps.
He has always done work well beyond my expectations, never leaves job site unattended or dirty during of after construction.
Will take time to go over any changes or issues that arise so that you are comfortable and not surprised by any small changes.
I have lived in Wilmington 23 years and he is only Contractor I plan on using moving forward. I highly recommend him to all, you will not be disappointed and happy with quality of work that is done.
