Scott Mains Construction

Initially and all the way thru the process, my experience was extremely positive. Scott worked very hard & did all that he said he would do. However, after only 5 months from the completion of the project, the new concrete walkway & patio began to crack and I have been unable to get him to answer any of my phone calls, e-mails or texts for the past 7 weeks. Based upon his not standing behind his work even though he looked me in the eye and told me that his business bears his name and his reputation is all he has so, if I had any problems to just call him. I guess something changed so that's why I am not recommending him unless you don't care about what happens after the checks are cashed.

I had a pool with concrete patio and walks, along with a retaining wall put in. The job was completed 8 months ago. I have emailed both email addresses that I have, called his cell a number of times, messaged both of his Facebook sites, emailed one of his references (who told us "was married to his cousin" who then turns out to be his wife and still have not heard from this guy. Our retaining wall is already sinking in towards the pool, our plumbing is leaking and there are wholes under the edges of the walk ways where the ground has settled. Cannot get Scott Mains to even return my phone calls, emails or Facebook messages. This will be the first time we can even use the pool as the project was completed too late in the season and now we are already having issue. Spent a lot of money to have a contractor just disappear. He even went as far as removing my project from his Facebook when I asked him to contact us because of the sinking retaining wall. Extremely disappointment!
