We recently purchased our new home from Scott Puckett Inc. A very nice spec home that we found online. Once we saw it in person we realized it was exactly what we were looking for. We've been in our new home for almost two month now and absolutely love it! Even more he and his team have been very responsive. We needed to install a couple of additional electrical outlets in our home office room. Scott's construction manager put us in touch with their electrical contractor who came out the same day and installed the outlets. Scott builds great homes with attention to detail and craftsmanship, and he also cares about his buyers and wants them to be happy. We highly recommend Scoot and his team. Look no further for your new home!

They should not be building houses. On my brand new house Rain leaking my basement wall where deck is attached. I see day light come thru btwn deck deck joists are. All im getting is caulking if im lucky bc they’re usually not responding. Ive appealed that deck boards waterproofing is not working but what I get is “huh you know more than I do” when all of his attemps to fix (rather hide) the problem failed. My wall is still leaking no help from builder. If you buy a house from him expect that you’re on your own to fix the problems that you bought with a few hundred thousands of dollars

Awful! This builder is absolutely the WORST! The grading of our yard is so bad , the water flood the yard every time it rains. The house was not refined either. There are cracks everywhere. Very shoddy job. RUN DON’T WALK! Don’t buy his houses, No ACCOUNTABILITY! NO EMAILS, NO PHONE NUMBER!

DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY TO BUILD YOUR HOME. We have been trying to get him to come back and do repairs due to shoddy workmanship, and he doesn't even publish an email address or phone number. He does not show any concern for the homeowners after closing. If you have any issues, you are expected to take them up with 2-10 Warranty, and they're totally useless. We're still missing portions of crown moulding, and the outside of our home is filthy.

Scott builds a nice home (which is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars), but the experience working with him has been terrible. Always responded late to any requests and still has not satisfied my 1 year warranty items (I closed on the house in 2018 and I have had a large lump in the middle of my hardwood floors a few months after closing). I have tried contacting Scott several times since and now don’t get any responses - just very unprofessional. Just know once he gets your money, you can forget about any fixes getting done in a timely manner (or at all).
