Incredibly unethical and untrustworthy, in my opinion. Refused to respond to phone calls to address serious concerns. Unwilling to rectify issues. Would avoid at all costs.
Pulled homeowner permits to build house without a licensed GC or job supervisor and sold the home to me (he never actually lived in it and we bought it while it was under construction) with problems like faulty installed HVAC that caused flooding, hardwood floors popping up, water dripping from the ceiling in my kitchen and siding that is warping. It’s been less than 6 months since the home was built. I called Scott twice to ask for help and he blocked my number. It is shameful to see this.
