    The worst experience we had with any contractor during or renovation. He rarely showed up when he said he would. He had a lot of excuses for not showing up when he didn't. He did low quality work, meaning used the cheapest materials and because of that we had to redo the work. Never delivered on what we paid him for. We paid him $5,700.00. We got nothing of value in return. I did not find this review until after having hired him. It took some digging. Hope it prevents others from this nightmare of an experience.

    Scott was recommended by a friend (no longer a friend) he met with me to survey the job, replacing a 40 inch by 20 foot cantilevered deck. I had already removed the old deck. He said he needed $900 dollars for materials. I wrote a check. A week or so later he dropped off some materials without even letting me know he was here. I text him to see when he was going to start. He gave me a date! I was up early, had scaffold, ladders, and heat running for him in the basement he never showed. Text him he said something came up, I told him I was "Not" a happy camper. He said sorry he would do a better job next time. He was to come the next day , did not I text him at 3pm he said leaving now would be there in 1 hour. I said dont bother until you can come and work a full day. He did come the next day worked for 3 hours (he did a Great job) he and his partner came another day worked 6 hours "again did a great job" That was the end.... he never supplied the rest of the materials and odds and ends needed for the job. I told him I needed to move ahead with the job and would finish it myself. His response was "will do" I ask for receipts for purchases and a summation of s hours worked. Told him I wanted to settle up ASAP. I have not heard from him . He left a ladder and big box of screws I have ask him to come pick this up numerous times he said 3 time he will be down and has not showed up. Did not get my $900 worth out of him, but really am happy to be done with him. Nice Guy Great work, "Not Reliable"

    Do NOT Use this Contractor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    This contractor owes us $12,000.00 in a legal small claims court and has no intention of paying us. He did not even show up in court. DO NOT USE HIM! His license with the Attorney General also expired in November of 2014.
