We specialize in Handyman Services, Home Improvement, Home Repairs, Remodeling, Restorations, Assembly and Installation Services, and from the Ground-Up Construction.
Five Generations of Excellence
I am a fifth-generation carpenter with family roots in Spokane dating back to the 1890s. I was a carpenter in the family business, building custom and tract homes and remodeling before joining the U.S. Army.
Veteran-Owned Craftsmanship
After spending time in the military (1979-1982), I specialized in commercial drywall installation and finishing. I went on to become a residential drywall contractor, mastering both hanging and finishing techniques for new construction and repairs.
Parade of Homes Winner
I later worked for my family and other national home builders, building homes and doing trim carpentry. In between building homes, we remodeled homes. I went on to lay out, frame, and do the finish carpentry on many multimillion-dollar homes. Some of them are winners of the Parade of Homes.
38 Years of Building Excellence
I added Handyman Services to my job description during the big housing crash. I continue to provide Handyman Services, Remodeling, and many other services and trades that I have learned and perfected. I am a multi-trades craftsman who pays close attention to detail and loves to provide high-quality work in a timely manner.

I needed a hole in my roof overhand repaired, along with the soffit underneath the hole. The work was done over 2 floors up and included roofing material replacement (shingles, flashing, subsurface, etc.) and finish work including painting. Scott not only did a great job with the repair, but did it in the winter, outside, and from a ladder set up. It was really amazing.
Scott also took many pictures to show me exactly what the damage was and the progress of the repair. I felt continuously informed. I will use Scott's services again when I next need a repair requiring skilled carpentry.
