After waiting nearly 8 hours with no call, text or notice of any kind, the tech arrived and looked at my very small sprinkler system and said, it looks kind of hokey. I would just cut it off, abandon it and forget it. I was charged $50 for him to show up and leave.
A good friend of mine used scotty's backflow and they missed putting a head on one of the shrub waterers and it flooded the control box and shorted the solenoid's out. When confronted they said, oh our guy didn't do that, we asked him and he said no. You're just out $200 plus the service call and have a nice day.
I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone. There are ethical contractors out there so no need to use a non BBB accredited contractor that does not have your best interest in mind!
