Patio expansion and screen enclosure just completed. Todd is extremely knowledgeable and has an uncanny ability to pay attention to detail! We put on extra heavy screening on the “ceiling” to prevent damage as well as block some ultraviolet rays, since we have oak trees in our yard. Todd brought us detailed plans and applied for all permits and passed inspections in a reasonable time frame. Todd continued to help us after the project was complete due to some standing water issues outside the enclosure. An added drainage system was installed outside the enclosure and the problem was solved! I highly recommend Screencraft LLC! Thank you, Todd!
