Slava, Roberto and his team did a wonderful job remodeling our 100-year old house in Brighton. This included removal of two load-bearing walls, working with the structural engineer to properly support the two upper floors, complete overhaul of the kitchen, building a backyard deck. Slava was a pleasure to work with from beginning to the end. We are about to engage with him yet again on the bathroom remodeling. His company and the team are a gem.

I used Slava to rehab my condo and add a second bedroom. First, his team showed up every day. In this day and age it's hard to get a contractor who actually starts and finishes a project without interruption. I had to live through the construction and day by day he set up dust barriers so I could continue to work. The crew took care to clean up everyday. There were changes during the project and Slava would issue change orders which made the process easy. Because I was happy with this work, I hired Slava to rehab an investment property. I was happy with the results. The tenants were thrilled. My husband was ecstatic. I would hire Slava again in a heart beat - a rarity when it comes to contractors.

Slava and his team have been doing kitchens and baths in my building in Brookline for years. They do is amazing work and always willing to go the extra mile.

Slava proved to be an incompetent and dishonest general contractor.
The only art he mastered is deception. He is a sweet talker and willingly lies about his credentials and other things. Very little knowledge of construction business (I wonder how he got his license) and complete inability to deliver what he promises. Almost everything he did needed to be redone. Stay away from him.

This is my second review of Slava and his team. In addition to the initial basement and HVAC work he did for us in Newton Centre, he also completely redid our second floor and two bathrooms. We love our home now thanks to Slava!
