Stay away from this company!! Once they have your deposit you will never hear from them again. Non stop excuses, lies and deceit. 18 months after signing a contract and paying my 50% deposit, they never put a foot in my yard to start the work. John is "passive aggressive" and will not return your calls or emails and when you question him, he gets aggressive and unprofessional. Even submitting a claim with the Oregon Landscapers Contractor Board (LCB), it still took them months of mediation before he would return my full deposit. Why risk your License or reputation in the market just to be stubborn? Their CAD drawings are also sub par. Do yourself a favor and call the LCB (503-967-6291) to get a list of claims against them before deciding to use them, and just search Google, Yelp, etc for real reviews. You will see a consistent pattern. I personally know 3 other people with similar horrific experiences, and 0 people with good experiences. You have been WARNED!!!!

If we could leave negative revues this people earned it. Cathie C's comment above is completely accurate. I hired this contractor in October 2021. 6 Months later and the job is still not complete. They cant seem to even show up for more than a day in a row. He has been paid and refuses to answer his phone or email. Going Legal.

If you want a contractor who never shows up when he says he will and never communicates and rarely responds to any call or text then this is your guy. This by far was the worst experience we have ever had with any contractor. We are satisfied with the end result, but not sure what we went through during the process was worth it. 12 months later after giving an ultimatum they showed up to finish our outstanding issues.
